Nobody wants to be there, but everyone needs a job. Everyone loves the residents, so nobody wants to leave them. The administrator has made it to where everyone hates being there, resulting in negative attitudes and workplace conflict. I, personally, would love to go back there, but I absolutely will NOT as long as the administrator is there.

While it''s true that there is no place like home, this is a wonderful facility that comes as close as possible. Yet if you''re looking for a facility that is not only safe, but will treat your loved one with dignity, patience, and love , look no further. Skilled nursing provides a high level of medical care, provided by trained individuals such as registered nurses and physical, occupational and speech therapists. My mom is currently staying in Masonic Homes of Kentucky.

Of the places that she had been over the years, it was one of the better ones, but it really wasn't that great. They're short staffed, but they did the best they could with what they had to work with. They had church services, people who come in and play, they have an activity room, and they have places for them to go and do things.
Masonic Homes of Shelbyville is a wonderful company to work for! They invest in their employees and the team in Shelbyville all work together for the greater good of the resident! I would strongly recommend working here as well as placing a loved one here.
